60-day money-back guarantee

If the cap doesn't help, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Used caps are fine — you have to wear it through a migraine to judge it.

How to start a return

• Email support@ceniroly.com with your order number and reason.
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs

Orders ship free across the US in 2–5 business days. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
